In a heartfelt message, Hon. Olumide Yakub Alli (OYA), on behalf of his family, political associates, and the people of Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, has felicitated with the people of Ibadanland on the historic coronation of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Hon. Alli described Oba Ladoja’s ascension to the revered stool as a divine affirmation of his uncommon grace, wisdom, and lifelong service to humanity, noting that it represents a moment of pride for every son and daughter of Ibadanland.
“Your reign embodies the rich heritage, dignity, and resilience for which Ibadanland is renowned,” he stated, expressing optimism that the new monarch’s leadership would usher in peace, unity, and unprecedented development across the land and Oyo State at large.
The federal constituency hopeful further prayed for the monarch’s good health, strength, and divine wisdom to guide the affairs of the people, adding that Ibadanland is indeed blessed to have Oba Ladoja as its royal father.
“I am confident that your reign shall be remembered as an era of prosperity, inclusiveness, and cultural renaissance,” Hon. Alli affirmed.
He concluded with prayers for the progress of Ibadanland, Oyo State, and Nigeria as a whole.
